Plasticity Series

Optimize for specialized, tooth-shaped cutters such as pointed and asymmetrical teeth to maximize pre-crushing and repeated grinding, thereby enhancing the composite bit's penetration depth and boosting its overall drilling capability. Reduce the nose-shoulder rake angle and incorporate a small chamfer design to improve the bit's aggressive cutting performance. Employ a P2 or P3 medium parabolic crown profile to prevent excessive torque-induced premature failure, ensuring smooth and stable cutting throughout the operation. Hybrid Matrix-Bonded Drill Bit
