Tdrill Energy
Drill bit manufacturing
Tdrill Energy has more than 30 sets of five-axis machining centers, sintering furnaces, intermediate frequency furnaces, desktop furnaces, end mills, lathes and grinding machines, which can meet the production of various types of steel PDC bits, matrix PDC bits, hybrid bits and Bi-center bits below 36 inches. The annual production capacity is more than 2000 units.
In terms of materials and processes, the company focuses on the research and application of high-performance cemented carbides and super hard composite materials. By optimizing sintering curves and pressure control processes, it enhances the impact and wear resistance of matrix-body bits. Meanwhile, digital overlay welding technology and laser strengthening treatments are adopted to improve the corrosion and wear resistance of key parts of steel-body bits, extending their service life in deep wells, ultra-deep wells, and highly abrasive formations.
The company actively promotes the intelligent upgrade of its manufacturing systems, integrating MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and process data management systems to achieve closed-loop management of order scheduling, material dispatching, process monitoring, and quality traceability. Leveraging modular design and flexible manufacturing units, Tdrill Energy can respond quickly to specific customer requirements for different formations and drilling technologies, providing diversified manufacturing services including directional bits, rotary steerable bits, bi-center bits, and non-standard bits, with support for small-batch orders and fast delivery.
Furthermore, the company has established a robust supply chain integration capability and a global logistics support system, ensuring a stable supply of raw materials, PDC cutters, and key components. This enables efficient fulfillment of domestic and international orders, and our products are widely used in oil and gas, geological exploration, mining, and engineering drilling operations.
